Meet Naomi – Founder, Occupational Therapist & Neurodivergent Advocate

I’m Naomi—an occupational therapist with a passion for helping neurodivergent individuals break free from self-doubt and embrace their unique strengths. I’ve spent years working with people who feel like they’re constantly fighting against a world that wasn’t built for them. That’s why I created dopamine-friendly, shame-free courses that work with your brain, not against it. My mission? To make learning engaging, accessible, and empowering—because when you understand how your brain works, you can finally thrive on your terms.

Meet Susan – Co-Founder, Educator & ADHD Mentor

Susan is a passionate educator, mentor, and advocate for neurodivergent-friendly learning. With a background in teaching and curriculum design, she knows firsthand how traditional learning methods often fail neurodivergent individuals. Susan brings her deep understanding of executive function, emotional regulation, and self-compassion to The Respark Collective, helping create courses that don’t just teach—they transform. She’s all about practical strategies, real talk, and making sure that every resource we create actually works for neurodivergent brains.

Why We Created The Respark Collective

We’ve seen too many neurodivergent individuals struggle with self-doubt, burnout, and the feeling of never being "enough." We’re here to change that. The Respark Collective is a space for dopamine-friendly, shame-free, empowering learning—because you don’t need to “fix” yourself, you just need the right tools to work with your brain.
